Most CPAP masks come with sizing guides or fitting templates. Measure from the bridge of your nose to just below your bottom lip for full face masks, or the width of your nose for nasal masks.

Common causes include: wrong size, over-tightening straps, worn cushions, or facial hair interfering with the seal.

Try loosening the straps slightly - the mask should seal with minimal pressure. If leaks persist, you may need a different size or style.

Start with proper fit - the mask should feel snug but not tight. Use mask liners or nasal gel to reduce irritation. Ensure your headgear isn't over-tightened.

Consider switching to a different mask style if comfort issues persist. Memory foam cushions (UltraSoft) can also significantly improve comfort.

If your mask isn't comfortable within 30 days, you can exchange it for a different style or size. The mask must be in good condition with original packaging.
