The item was sent to an incorrect address, and I understand that you are waiting for its return before dispatching a replacement. However, it has been an extended period without my CPAP functioning properly.
I am a strong advocate for this mask, as the traditional nose design was causing significant skin irritation. The pillow-style design provides an excellent seal and offers a comfortable fit, alleviating any issues I previously experienced with my nose. Additionally, I no longer have marks on my beard from the earlier masks.
These pillows offer excellent comfort and provide a secure seal. While they are somewhat expensive, their quality is undoubtedly high.
